Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, hours to be determined. Respond to email and telephone inquiries.Oversee office supply inventory and purchase supplies as needed.Staff the library membership desk: greet members, check out books, assist with inquiries.Assist in communications with members of the Board of Directors, including scheduling meetings.Assist Executive Director and Managing Director with administrative tasks, office management, scheduling and correspondence.Through public events and performances, writing workshops, reading groups, educational programming for young people, emerging writer fellowships, literary awards, and its circulating library collection, the Center supports the creation and enjoyment of fiction, not only on the page but also on stage and screen in a collaborative environment, assuring a strong future for storytelling across boundaries of identity and experience.
